Samsung is keen to prove that Galaxy users can differentiate the Galaxy smartphone experience from anything available on the market today. That’s why the Korean tech giant has been known to offer a few exclusive apps.

And one more is on its way to becoming reality. Samsung and Photobucket have teamed up to create a Photobucket app for Samsung Galaxy smartphone that will allow users to manage their phones and personalize print products from their device.

The Photobucket for Samsung app functions as your photo repository, hosted on the Photobucket infrastructure and using the technology to auto-upload in the background, organize these photographs with ease, and naturally, protect the privacy of your personal images hosted in the cloud.

As an added benefit, Samsung Galaxy users who use the exclusive application will receive unlimited cloud storage for six months for their photos, and free storage will be expanded to 12 months on purchase of individual prints using the app.

Furthermore, there’s a 30% discount on print product purchase for a limited time in the US thrown in as well.

Samsung doesn’t say which Galaxy devices are going to get the Photobucket app, so we have to assume all of them will, even with the lower-end ones.

Not so long ago, Samsung announced it teamed up with Expedia for an exclusive travel application.
