Some bug fixes have been addressed as well

One of the many popular Android launchers available in Google Play Store, Nova Launcher, hasn't been updated in months.

However, developers are working hard to bring new features and improvements, and proof of that are the numerous updates the beta version received in the last few weeks.

If you've been accepted into the beta program, you will be pleased to know that Nova Launcher Beta received a new update that adds some new features and improvements.

One of the most important features that's been added in this update is called “Normalize Icon Size” and does just that.

Since Nova Launcher is one of the apps that allows users to resize the icons on the homescreen, there are times when some icons are not the same size as others.

With the new update, the developers plan to fix that, so Android users can now have all icons on the homescreen of the same size.

The devs also added runtime permissions on Android 6.0 Marshmallow, as well as some optimizations and bug fixes. Make sure to check the full changelog released by the app developers.

You can now download Nova Launcher Beta for Android for free, but you will need to head over to Nova Launcher Beta Community and become a tester first. Then, you will have to wait for the beta update to appear on the Play store, which could take a few hours.
