Motorola has scheduled a press event for July 28 during which we’re probably going to see the third-gen Moto G make an appearance into the wild.
While we wait on the big event, the folks at Laptopmedia are giving us a sneak peek at how the smartphone will look when it arrives in the real world.
In the images attached in the gallery below, you’ll see the Motorola Moto G (2015) being handled, and judging by what we see, we can say the company has apparently upgraded the materials used to build the device.
As for specs, the third-gen Moto G is expected to make a debut with a 5-inch 720p display, although an FHD panel is not completely out of the question.
Under the good, Motorola might be using the services of a Snapdragon 410 or 610 chipset with either 1GB or 2GB of RAM.
In the photography department, the new Moto G should take advantage of a 13MP primary camera plus a 5MP frontal shooter.
The good news is that Motorola will be offering a microSD card slot on board the phone, which will allow memory expansion up to 128GB.
The new Moto G is rumored to start selling for a price tag of $245 / €225.
