Starting today, mobile phone users in the United States can pre-order the iPhone 5 smartphone on the network of wireless carrier T-Mobile, the latest operator to add it to its lineup.

Listed on this page on the carrier’s website, the 16GB flavor of the handset features a price tag of $99.99 with the signing of a two-year contract, but also includes $20/month payments for the length of the deal.

T-Mobile will make the iPhone 5 available for purchase on April 12, with support for its newly launched 4G LTE network (and for its HSPA+ infrastructure) and with HD voice capabilities, just as announced last week.

“iPhone 5 features a 4-inch Retina display, the powerful A6 chip, an 8-megapixel iSight camera with panorama, ultrafast wireless, iOS 6 and iCloud. Yet, it's the thinnest, lightest iPhone ever,” the carrier notes on its website.
