US-based carrier Cricket announced about three weeks ago it will launch the iPhone 4 and 4S smartphones on June 22.

True to its promise, the pre-paid carrier has just released the iPhone 4 and 4S, so customers can now purchase it for $399 USD and $499 USD, respectively.

Obviously, the deals do not require customers to sign up for a new agreement, as both iOS devices are available on pre-paid.

However, customers are recommended to pair their newly purchased iPhone 4 and 4S devices with Cricket's $55 monthly plan, which will net them unlimited calling, messaging and mobile data.

Keep in mind that customers who exceed 2.3GB of data will have their mobile data throttled down to much lower speeds.

In the same piece of news, Virgin Mobile, another US-based carrier, is expected to launch both iPhone 4 and 4S on pre-paid. According to the operator, the smartphones will be available beginning June 29.
