14 DAY TRIAL // Google announced Google Play Family Library during the Google I/O event this May, and it seems that the new service will start rolling out this month. The service allows users to share apps, movies, and other content with up to 6 family members.
Google will allow users to share content like movies and apps that they purchase through the Play store with up to six family members, according to Gizmodo. The content can be shared across Android devices, Google's websites, and even Google Play apps on iOS.
The service is quite similar to Apple's iCloud Family Sharing platform, and it will support sharing books and videos, just like the Cupertino-based company's service. There will be some restrictions on the service, as shared videos will be streamed only on one device at a time.

The new service doesn't allow users to share music, as Google already has a dedicated family plan for its music streaming service that costs $14.99 per month and is called Play Music All Access. The service was released last December, and it allows users to share music with other users.
