Last week, ASUS announced a total of three new Zenfone models in India, including the Zenfone 2 Laser, Zenfone 2 Delux and Zenfone Max. Well, it appears ASUS has slipped another model, which we didn’t hear the company talk about during the launching event.

It’s called the Zenfone Go and it showed up on Flipkart, bearing a lot of similarities to the Zenfone 2 Laser. We don’t have the complete spec list, but from what we know so far, the Zenfone Go boasts a dual-SIM phone with 4G LTE.

It is based on a MediaTek MT6580 chipset (quad-core A7) combined with 2GB of RAM and either 8GB or 16GB of internal storage (there’s an microSD card slot for expansion to up to 64GB of internal storage).

The main camera is an 8MP shooter with dual-LED, dual-tone flash and laser autofocus, while the selfie camera is of a low 2MP variety. As you can see, there’s no info related to the size of the display and form factor, although the Laser model boasts a 5-inch screen with 720p. The Laser is also based on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 and has a 5MP selfie camera.

The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Zen UI.

The ASUS Zenfone Go is listed as being out of stock for the moment, but when it becomes available for sale, it will probably boast a cheaper price tag than the Zenfone 2 Laser.
