Chinese mobile phone maker ZTE Corporation is reportedly getting ready for the unveiling of a successor for its Nubia 5 smartphone as soon as November 19, namely the Nubia 5S.

The device, expected to make an official appearance at an event set to take place at the Beijing Prosper Center (as ctechcn reports), should arrive on the market with a 5-inch full HD touchscreen display.

Rumor has it that, in addition to the 1920 x 1080 pixels screen, the smartphone will also feature a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor with Adreno 330 graphics, as well as a 13-megapixel rear camera.

Furthermore, the yet unannounced smartphone is expected to sport a 5-megapixel front camera, while running under Google’s Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. Should previous rumors pan out, Nubia 5S will also include 2GB of RAM.
