A new software update is being pushed to the Sony Xperia Z C6603 smartphones on the network of Orange France, namely version 10.3.1.A.1.10.

Based on the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system, the new software upgrade appears to be available exclusively for Orange’s model, a recent post on Xperia Guide reads.

No specific info on what the new release brings along has been provided as of now, but chances are that it contains mainly bug fixes.

The new update is available for download through the PC Companion/SUS and Bridge, it seems.

Previously, Sony has released firmware version 10.3.1.A.0.244 to the Xperia Z C6603 and C6602 variants, with a wide range of bug fixes packed inside. The new release appears to bring a change in baseband version, but keeps the same kernel as before.
