Great news for Xbox One users who also own a Windows Phone smartphone, as Microsoft has just released another update for the SmartGlass Beta application.

Those taking part in the beta program may want to check for the update on their devices, as the application now has new features that need to be tested.

The most important seems to be the fact that in order to offer feedback on Xbox One SmartGlass, users will no longer have to use email. New and improved Feedback tools have been included in the update for a better communication between developers and end users.

Next in line, there are two new features that allow users to like a Game Clip or an item in the activity feed. Last but not least, Microsoft has confirmed that it has added lots of general stability and polish improvements, but no additional details have been offered on any of these.

You can now download Xbox One SmartGlass Beta for Windows Phone 1.0.0.6 for free via Windows Phone Store. Keep in mind that the application is only compatible with devices powered by Windows Phone 8 and up.

Obviously, you will need an Xbox One console in order to test most of the features offered by the SmartGlass Beta application.
