14 DAY TRIAL // In an attempt to make its Windows Phone OS more appealing than before and to bring its various products closer to one another, Microsoft has made available for download an Xbox Companion application via the Windows Phone Marketplace.
The new application is meant to bring together users' Windows Phone device and the Xbox LIVE experience, while also offering access to a great deal of other features and services.
With the new application, users will enjoy control over content from Xbox LIVE Marketplace on their Xbox 360, all directly from the Windows Phone in their hands.
“Once you launch a movie, show or song, your phone becomes a remote control to play and control videos and music on your Xbox 360,” Microsoft’s Tim McDowd explains.
