A new version of WordPress for Android is now available in a beta flavor, namely 2.1, with some appealing enhancements included inside.

The app brings along an autosaver for posts while editing (it will save it at 60 seconds intervals), along with the option to edit comments and the possibility to set the width for linked images.

The new version of the mobile client also arrives on devices with a new WordPress.com reader, which makes navigation between posts easier than before and which provides users with the option to add comments to posts.

Moreover, various improvements were brought to the app’s UI (the delete post button has been moved), along with several reliability enhancements. The app also comes with translation updates.

WordPress users are encouraged to download and get the application for a spin on their Android devices.
