Windows Phone 8 might still be behind other mobile operating systems out there in terms of available games for its users, but it seems set to catch up fast.

According to a WPCentral report, the operating system will soon receive over half a dozen new titles, including the Temple Run mobile game from Imangi Studios.

However, it seems that it won’t be an Xbox Live game, though it will still have a lot to offer to its users, that’s for sure.

Along with it, there will be five other games set to storm the mobile OS, including 6th Planet, Fling Theory, Orcs Must Survive, Propel Man and Ruzzle. Gravity Guy 2 and Drift Mania championship are also said to arrive on Windows Phone 8.

No specific info on when these titles will land in the Windows Phone Store has been provided, but The Verge claims that some of them will kick in as soon as today.
