Nullsoft have just updated their Winamp application for Android devices with one important new feature and several bug fixes.

It appears that the new version of Winamp features notification player controls for all devices powered by Ice Cream Sandwich and Jelly Bean devices. It is also worth mentioning that the Now Playing screen code refactoring has been improved.

The following bugs have been fixed in this update as well:

- Fixed: AAC playback bug on Jelly Bean; - Fixed: SHOUTcast playback crash caused by album art; - Fixed: Manually entered SHOUTcast URLs can now be added as a favorite station.

Winamp 1.4.7 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
