This is the second update delivered by developers in the last week

Good news for WhatsApp users, as developers have released a new version of the Android platform. This seems to be the second update launched for WhatsApp Messenger for Android this week, and probably the last, until next week of course.

We reported yesterday on WhatsApp Messenger 2.11.206, which came without an official changelog attached to it, and now it looks like another version has been released.

Just like the previous iteration, this version of WhatsApp is not available for download via Google Play Store, so the only way to install it on an Android device is to download it through the developer’s website or other third-party stores.

Sadly, the latest version of WhatsApp Messenger for Android lacks a changelog as well, so we can only assume that it probably fixes some bugs brought in the previous update delivered yesterday.

We doubt there are new features added, given the fact that both updates have been pushed so close in time to each other, but anything is possible.

You can now download WhatsApp Messenger for Android 2.11.207 for free via Softpedia. The application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.1 and up. Keep in mind that this is a beta version, so it may not offer the best user experience.
