A new flavor of the WhatsApp Messenger application is now available for download for the owners of Android-based devices, namely version 2.10.90.

The updated flavor of the software was released so as to address some issues found to affect the user experience before, while also being meant at delivering a series of performance improvements.

Furthermore, the application comes with an “improved treatment of address book duplicates,” and enables Serbian language support.

WhatsApp is one of the most popular messaging applications available on mobile devices, providing users with the possibility to stay connected with their friends and family while on the go for free for the first year (with a $0.99 USD per year fee inquired after that).

WhatsApp Messenger works over both 3G and WiFi networks, and can be found on this page on Softpedia.
