Good news for Vine users, as developers have just released another small update for the Android application, which promises to fix some of the issues reported in the last couple of weeks.

At first glance, Vine 1.4.6 doesn’t come with any new features and the official changelog released by the developers confirms that. Expect only a few under the hood changes here and there, which will probably have little impact on performance, but more on functionality.

As Vine points out, “this release includes some bug fixes and improvements.” Unfortunately, no additional details are provided on the nature of these improvements and bug fixes, so we must assume they are only minor.

You can now download Vine for Android 1.4.6 for free via Google Play Store. Keep in mind that the application should be fully compatible with most devices powered by Android 2.1 and up.
