Mobile phone carrier Verizon Wireless is gearing up for the release of a series of appealing devices on its network, a recently leaked document unveiled.

Apparently, the operator’s customers will be able to enjoy a certain unannounced Lumia 822 smartphone from Nokia (in both Gray and White), most probably powered by Windows Phone 8, the same as the already official Lumia 820.

A certain HTC 6435 smartphone will also be launched in the coming months, Verizon's device management system (DMD) shows, and rumor has it that could be the long rumored Galaxy Note competitor, HTC’s own 5-inch Android device.

As Engadget points out, handsets are usually seen in the DMD weeks before their official launch, which could suggest that official announcements on them might be quite near.

However, there’s no guarantee that Verizon is indeed preparing these smartphones for release, but keep an eye on this space for additional info on the matter.
