Soon, wireless carrier Verizon should add to its offering a brand-new rugged device from Kyocera, in the form of Kyocera Brigadier, and a leaked image with it is now available for your viewing pleasure.

The leaked press photo with the handset comes from @evleaks, that also published a photo with the Red version of HTC One M8 for Verizon, but it is not accompanied by specific details on the device itself.

However, the image does speak for itself, confirming that the new smartphone will prove a great option for users who work in harsh environments. Verizon already has mobile phones available for this type of users, and the appearance of the new handset does not come as a surprise.

Running under Android KitKat, the smartphone will also provide users with support for Verizon’s 4G LTE network, while packing a camera with LED flash on the back. The handset also packs a hardened body, which should make it resistant to scratches and drops.

Unfortunately, exact info on the handset’s specs hasn’t emerged as of now, though it might not be too long before such details are made official. According to @evleaks, we should expect Verizon to announce the new mobile phone sometime before the end of this year.
