Twitter has just pushed a small update on Google Play, meant to fix some of the issues brought in by previous versions of the Android application.

Unfortunately, we won’t be talking about any new features or major improvements, as the latest update brings some bug fixes that have yet to be detailed by developers.

In addition, Twitter confirmed that minor improvements have been included in the update as well, though no other info has been disclosed yet.

There are still some things that need to be ironed out, but Twitter is expected to patch these problems in the next updates, so stay tuned for more info.

Twitter 4.0.3 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
