One of the most popular social networking applications for Android devices, Twitter has yet to make its debut on tablets. Even though Android tablet owners can install Twitter on their devices, the application is not fully optimized to run on tablets.

However, this is about to change very soon, as the guys over at AndroidNext.de have just spotted a Twitter application that fully supports larger screens.

It appears that the application was installed on a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 edition 2014 tablet, which was showcased at IFA 2013 trade fair in Berlin, Germany.

The good news is that the cited source has managed to grab the APK file of the tablet-optimized Twitter application and made it available for download to all Android tablet users out there. The bad news is that the software is still in beta, so there might be some issues that need to be ironed out.
