Tizen platform, the project run by Samsung and Intel, has yet to make its official debut on the smartphone market, but the longer the South Korean company delays its release, the harder it will be to challenge its competitors.

Anyway, it looks like a video demoing one of the first smartphones to run Tizen OS has just been leaked online. Courtesy of the folks at Tizen Experts, those interested can take a peek at the main features included in Tizen operating system.

According to the cited source, Tizen OS 2.2 that powers the Samsung Z9005 Redwood will soon be replaced by version 3.0, which is currently under development.

It is also worth mentioning that lots of features included in the Tizen OS have been taken from Samsung’s Galaxy series of smartphones, including the visuals from the TouchWiz UI.
