Temple Run 2, one of the most popular games on mobile phones out there, has received an update this week and is now available for download as version 1.9.1.0.

The new flavor of the title arrives on devices with a major change, as it can now be downloaded and installed on handsets that feature only 512MB of RAM.

The mobile game was released on Windows Phone in December last year, but only users with handsets that packed more than 512MB of RAM could download it.

However, Imangi Studios, LLC, the company behind the game, appears to have made it more efficient now, thus being able to release it on smartphones with less memory as well.

Moreover, the new flavor of the game is available for download with new collectible artifacts included, so as to provide users with a better overall experience.

Additionally, the updated Temple Run 2 for Windows Phone comes with Wheel of Resurrection, which will provide users with cool bonuses every time they use a Save Me.

Various bugs have also been squashed in this release, but no specific details on them have been provided as of now.

You can download Temple Run 2 for Windows Phone from Softpedia today. The game features support for all Windows Phone 8 and Windows Phone 8.1 devices.
