One of the cheapest Android smartphones in Australia, the ZTE T12, is now on sale for half the price. The phone is sold as Telstra UNO and can be purchased for only $45/€35 outright.

According to AusDroid, customers who wish to grab the device can do so via Coles retailer. The smartphone comes with Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system out of the box and a 2.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display.

This is the second time the Telstra UNO goes on sale at Coles, so Android fans who missed it the first time will have the chance to buy the smartphone starting November 14.

They will also get $10/€8 of Telstra call credit, along with a free 2GB microSD memory card included in the sales package. The smartphone also features a 2-megapixel rear photo snapper with video recording.
