The new expected date is just an estimate, so it’s subject to change

Canadian carrier has just refreshed its “upcoming software updates schedule” once again and now offers new estimates for Jelly Bean.

Samsung Galaxy Note owners probably lost their hope regarding the promised Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update for their smartphones, but TELUS claims it is now testing the build sent by Samsung.

Furthermore, Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for Samsung Galaxy Note is now expected to arrive sometime in May. Obviously, this release date is just an estimate so it’s subject to change.

In the same piece of news, Samsung Galaxy Rugby LTE, Samsung Galaxy S II X and LG Optimus G are now expected to receive their Android 4.1 Jelly Bean updates this month.

If TELUS doesn’t refresh these release dates in the next few weeks, the above devices will be upgraded to Jelly Bean, but nothing is certain for now.
