Following recent reports that T-Mobile’s flavor of the Nexus 4 smartphone will become available for purchase via Walmart, the device is now available at the retailer, with a price tag of $148 (110 Euro) attached to it.

Both new and existing T-Mobile customers can take advantage of the deal, with the signing of a two-year contract agreement on the carrier’s Classic Plan. Contract free, the handset is available at $550.

Nexus 4 is set to become available via 1,500 Walmart locations in the United States.

In addition to making the Google phone available for T-Mobile’s customers, Walmart also cut the price tag for another highly appealing smartphone at this carrier, namely Galaxy Note II.

As TmoNews notes, the phablet is now available at the retailer for only $278 (208 Euro), which is $91 cheaper than what T-Mobile asks for it.
