Wireless carrier T-Mobile might soon make available for purchase on its network the flagship Xperia Z smartphone from Sony, as it is currently testing it for compatibility, the latest reports on the matter suggest.

No official announcement on the matter has been made until now, but the guys over at TmoNews claim that the info has been confirmed by three separate sources so far.

However, the fact that Xperia Z is being tested at T-Mobile does not mean that the Android smartphone will indeed arrive on Magenta’s network, though it suggests that this might happen.

For those out of the loop, we should note that Xperia Z was made official with a 5-inch full HD touchscreen, a 1.5GHz quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel photo snapper on the back, and a 2MP camera on the front for video calling.
