Following the unveiling of plans to launch a 4G LTE network in the United States this year, wireless carrier T-Mobile also confirmed that it would be adding a new, LTE-capable flavor of Samsung’s Galaxy S III handset to its offering.
For the time being, no specific details on when the network will be fired up have been provided, nor on when the Galaxy S III will become available.
According to The Verge, T-Mobile CTO Neville Ray has revealed plans to launch the new Galaxy S III flavor at CES 2013, but he did not offer further details on the matter.
One thing that is certain, however, is the fact that Galaxy S III won’t be the only smartphone that T-Mobile will offer to its users with 4G LTE connectivity inside, though it remains to be seen what other models it will launch.
