The update introduces a new character and powerup upgrades

Android gamers rejoice as Kiloo Games has just released a new update for the highly-acclaimed Subway Surfers in the Google Play Store.

Subway Surfers addicts will be pleased to know that developers continue their world tour with a new city, Rome.

After offering players a taste of the Brazilian samba with the Rio update, the fine folks at Kiloo Games are back with yet another expansion that offers Android users the possibility to add a new character to their collection.

Roberto, is an Italian scooter boy who rides a new range of Boards in the subway of the stunning city of Rome. You'll be able to unlock the new character after applying the latest update.

In addition, there’s a new Egg Hunt event that players can compete in and get special prizes if they collect 100 eggs. New extra powerup upgrades have been included as well.

That's about all the changes included in the latest version of Subway Surfers, but players shouldn't fret as another update will be coming their way at the end of this month or early the next one.
