It appears that Kyocera Rise will be released next week in the United States via Sprint. The Android smartphone will be available for purchase for as low as $19.99 USD with a new two year agreement.

The folks over at TechnoBuffalo managed to get their hands on a Sprint internal document that confirms the upcoming release of the Kyocera Rise on August 19.

Unveiled back in May, Kyocera Rise is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system and packs a 1 GHz single core processor and 512MB of RAM.

Aside from its low price, Kyocera Rise offer users a full slide-out QWERTY keyboard, and a 3.2-megapixel rear photo snapper. A 3.5-inch capacitive touchscreen display has been included as well, along with microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).
