Spotify, the successful music streaming service, has just updated its Android client to offer a much smoother user experience.

The most important change is the removal of the 5-play per song limit, which means Spotify Free users will now be able to listen to their favorite songs as many times as they wish.

Keep in mind that those who are using Spotify for less than 6 months will not be affected by this change as this feature is already available for them. In addition, developers fixed a random bug that could remove offline playlists from the device.

The new Spotify 0.5.11.4 is now available as a free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
