SoundCloud updated their Android client about a month ago with Repost features and some bug fixes. Today, developers have announced that the new version of the application is available for download on Google Play Store.

The latest version of SoundCloud comes with enhanced accessibility support. In addition, the developer claims it has fixed waveform rendering and addressed various smaller issues, which have yet to be detailed.

However, it appears that SoundCloud users who have updated to the latest version experience lags on every track and some can’t even log in to their accounts.

Hopefully, devs will acknowledge these problems and offer a quick fix in the next couple of days. Stay tuned for more info on this one.

SoundCloud 2.4.4 is now available as free download via Google Play Store and it should be fully compatible with all devices running Android 2.1 and up. Check it out here.
