Japanese mobile phone carrier NTT DOCOMO launched today a second new Android smartphone from Sony, the Xperia SX, following the launch of Xperia GX yesterday, and registered impressive success with it.

In fact, the carrier reports that it has already sold out its entire stock of these two smartphones, and that it expected to replenish it only next month.

At the moment, users heading over to the wireless carrier’s online shop won’t be able to purchase the Xperia GX at all, though they might bump into one of the four colors Xperia SX arrived with, namely Pink.

Those who will head over to a local store won’t get much luck either. However, it appears that the wireless carrier does offer them the possibility to pre-order the phone for when new stock arrives, XperiaBlog reports.
