The smartphone will boast a 5-inch full HD display

Rumors are piling up around Sony’s next Android flagship smartphone. In fact, there are two high-end devices that will be the company’s best-featured Android phones and they are known as Sony Yuga and Odin.

The folks over at XperiaBlog have just learned more details on the upcoming Sony Xperia Yuga, which is expected to arrive on the market next year.

According to a source close to the matter, the Yuga will be launched as Xperia Z and will feature a water- and dust-proof body.

Moreover, the smartphone will boast a stunning 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 443ppi that will integrate OptiContrast technology, the same as Sony TVs.

The Xperia Z will measure 139 x 71 x 7.9mm in and will be have a high level of IP (Ingress Protection) certification, 55 and 57. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
