The smartphone is priced at $675/ €505 outright, but it’s locked on Rogers. However, MobileSyrup reports that getting the Xperia ZL directly from this network will cost much less.
According to an internal document leaked online, Sony Xperia ZL will be available at Rogers for as low as $125/ €95 with a new three-year agreement.
Customers who do not wish to commit to a long-term agreement will be able to grab the smartphone for $625/ €470 upfront, that’s $50/ €40 cheaper than Sony’s price.
Furthermore, the smartphone is expected to arrive at Rogers on April, but other Canadian carriers will probably offer the Xperia ZL around the same timeframe.
