Fresh information about the upcoming Sony Xperia Z4 continues to pour in by the hour. Just a few hours ago, we showed you a possible render of the handset, which Sony apparently mistakenly leaked itself.

Now, more details have been revealed about the dimensions of the phone. According to a Twitter post by OnLeaks, the Sony Xperia Z4 will measure 146 x 71.9 x 7.2 mm / 5.7 x 2.8 x 0.28 inches.

That makes Sony’s upcoming flagship extremely similar to the current Xperia Z3, which comes in at 146 x 72 x 7.3 mm / 5.7 x 2.8 x 0.28 inches.

Actually, an earlier leak suggested this might end up being the case, and now we are getting a new confirmation.

The Xperia Z4 is expected to be announced by Sony sometime this summer. According to word on the street, the phone should arrive with a 5.2-inch display (with either FHD or QHD resolution), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor on the inside, working hand in hand with 3GB of RAM.

An earlier report also claimed that the Sony Xperia Z4 might be coming out with certain important attributes, like waterproof capabilities (which is strange since Sony is known best for its waterproof smartphones) and microSD card.
