Sony has just announced its Xperia Z1 flagship smartphone, but the Japanese company plans to launch a smaller version as well.

Although the so-called Xperia Z1 Mini leaked last month, there were no clear pictures showing the unannounced device.

Today, UnwiredView reports the first photo of what appears to be Xperia Z1 Mini front panel has just leaked online via ETradeSupply.

We’re not sure if Sony will launch the smartphone as Xperia Z1 Mini yet, but some of the phone’s specs have already leaked and point to a 4.3-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution and a similar 20.7-megapixel rear-facing camera.

The phone is likely to pack the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 chipset, along with 2GB of RAM, 16GB of internal memory and a 2,400 mAh Li-Ion battery. Keep in mind that these details have yet to be confirmed by Sony.
