Sony D6503, aka Xperia Sirius, is indeed nearing its official availability, and more info on it is making its way to the web ahead of Sony’s official unveiling.

Following images with the device and its user interface, a series of screenshots is now available to show more on what the phone’s software will have to offer. The photos are available courtesy of the same XDA-Developers Forum member, iRimas.

Furthermore, a screenshot that emerged over at XperiaBlog appears meant to confirm some of the specs that the phone has already been said to feature.

Xperia Sirius will arrive on shelves with a 5-inch FHD screen, a 2.3GHz quad-core CPU, 3GB of RAM, and a 20MP camera on the back, as well as with the Android 4.4.2 KitKat platform loaded on top, as recently suggested.
