14 DAY TRIAL // Although Sony Germany has stated that the highly-anticipated Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update for Xperia S will commence by the end of March, it appears that the information was inaccurate.
Sony Xperia S owners have yet to receive the promised update, but there’s a slight chance that the Japanese company will start rolling out the Jelly Bean upgrade in the next few days.
According to XperiaBlog, Sony Poland has confirmed via Facebook that the Jelly Bean rollout for Xperia S will commence in a “few days.”
However, given Sony’s history when it comes to announcing firmware updates, we can’t say for sure whether this will happen or not.
All in all, we suspect that work on the Jelly Bean upgrade for Xperia S is in the last stages, so it shouldn’t take too long until it gets released. Stay tuned for more info on the matter.
