With only a few days left until the end of the month, the promised Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia P is almost ready to be released.

About a week ago, we reported on a new firmware spotted at Bluetooth SIG, which appeared to be Jelly Bean for Xperia P.

Well, it appears that the assumption was correct as the folks over at XperiaBlog have just published a screenshot leaked via XDA Developers forum, which was taken from the upcoming Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean build for Xperia P.

However, given the fact that the kernel in this screenshot does not seem to be updated to version 3.4 as it happened with all Xperia phones that got Jelly Bean, we must assume this is just a test ROM and not the final version. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
