The latest update does not come with an official changelog

Sony Xperia M dual was released on the market back in August with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box.

The smartphone was not listed among the first batch of devices to receive an Android 4.3 Jelly Bean upgrade next month, even though it's already been updated to Android 4.2.2, unlike its single-SIM sibling.

Unfortunately, there's no telling when exactly the device will get the long-awaited Android 4.3 Jelly Bean update, so we can only hope that it will come sooner rather than later.

However, XperiaBlog reports that new firmware, version 15.2.A.2.5, is now available for download for Sony Xperia M dual.

The bad news is that the update doesn't come with an official changelog attached to it, so we can only assume it brings some improvements and bug fixes.

If you are one of the lucky Xperia M dual owners who received the update, let us know what changes you notice, in the comments below.
