The smartphone has been priced at 1,799 Yuan ($295/€225)

Officially unveiled last month, the dual-SIM Sony Xperia C mid-range Android smartphone is about to make its debut in China.

The folks at XperiaBlog report that the device is now available for pre-order for 1,799 yuan outright, which is around $295 or €225.

Those who pre-order the Xperia C will receive an 8GB microSD memory card for free, though the promotion is only available for a limited time.

Sony Xperia C will be delivered with Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, as well as a large 5-inch capacitive touchscreen display that supports 540 x 960 pixels resolution.

In addition, the smartphone packs a powerful enough 1.2 GHz quad-core MTK MT6589 processor, a PowerVR SGX544 graphics processing unit, 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory that can be further expanded up to 32GB via microSD memory card.
