Japanese mobile phone maker Sony Mobile is expected to bring to the market next year new high-end devices running under Google’s Android operating system, including 5-inch and 6-inch models.

We have already learned rumors on the matter, and they reappeared, suggesting that all these devices would sport quad-core processors inside, while being capable of delivering full HD resolutions.

Furthermore, the company is also expected to launch new low- and mid-level handsets, such as the newly unveiled Xperia E and Xperia E dual, both expected on the market in the first quarter of 2013.

Previously leaked Odin and Yuga were already said to arrive in the first half of 2013 with 5-inch 1080p screens and 13MP cameras, and it seems that Sony might launch another similar device in Q4.

As for the 6-inch behemoth, it is rumored to feature 3GB of RAM and a 3500mAh battery.
