Shortly after making the new Xperia Z official at the 2013 Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas, Sony Mobile published the white paper for the device, offering some more info on it.

The document confirms that there will be two flavors of the device brought to the market, one featuring model number C6603 attached to it, and another launched as C6602.

The main difference between them is the fact that, while C6603 arrives on shelves with support for LTE (bands 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20), HSPA+ and GSM, the C6602 will offer support only for HSPA+ and GSM bands.

Furthermore, the HSPA+ connectivity inside these models is different as well, with the former packing 850 (Band V), 900 (Band VIII), 2100 (Band I) MHz support, and the latter also featuring 1700 (Band IV) and 1900 (Band II) MHz bands.

More info is available via said document, for C6603 and C6602, respectively.
