The original Snake game that made its debut on Nokia phones so many years ago, has been released in an updated form on Android, iOS and Windows Phone less than two weeks ago.

Developed by Taneli Armanto and Rumilus Design, the game offers the same level of addiction as the original Snake. Unfortunately, the game has been plagued by issues related to controls, which made it almost unplayable.

Even though it took longer, it looks like developers have finally been able to address all these issues in the update released today.

According to the official changelog, the update should fix automatic snake direction change when stopping rewind. It should also address the problem with the exit button that sometimes does not appear in interstitial ad screen.

Last but not least, most common resets have been fixed too. If you don't have the game installed yet, you can now download Snake Rewind for Windows Phone for free via Windows Phone Store. Keep in mind that the game is fully compatible with all devices powered by Windows Phone 7.5 and up.

Android and iOS users can also download the game for free via Google Play store and App Store, respectively. The same update has been delivered on Android as well.
