The highly-anticipated “Shadowgun” shooter has just been tipped for the Android devices via Tegra Zone.

MadFinger, the team that developed the game has just tweeted the release date for the Tegra Zone, which is October 26.

Even though the game will only be compatible with Android smartphones equipped with Tegra2 processors at launch, MadFinger mentioned that support for other Android devices will be soon be added.

The reason behind the delay seems to be a problem with some drivers, but MadFinger said that these issues will be solved in a matter of days.

“Shadowgun” puts players in the role of John Slade, a famous bounty hunter, who has to hunt down Dr. Edgar Simon, an evil genius, and his army of mutants.

On related news, the game is also available for download in the App Store for 3.99 EUR and is compatible with both iPhone and iPad devices.
