14 DAY TRIAL // South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung is reportedly gearing up for the launch of a new flavor of the Galaxy S4 smartphone, its latest flagship Android device, and might even pack it with a rugged design.
According to a recent article on tbreak, the info comes from Young Soo Kim, president of Samsung Gulf Electronics, who mentioned the upcoming flavor of the device at the official launch of Galaxy S4 in Dubai.
The handset is expected to be both water and dustproof, and should become available for purchase in the coming months, Young Soo Kim reportedly stated.
A rugged flavor of Galaxy S4 would fall in line with Sony’s Xperia Z smartphone, which was made official in January with such capabilities packed inside right from the start. However, it remains to be seen when Samsung will formally introduce the new phone flavor.
