It’s been only a few days since the first rumors on Google working on a 10-inch tablet surfaced and we already have a timeline for its release.

Brooke Crothers of CNET reports that the Nexus 10 tablet, which is reportedly built by Samsung, won’t be arriving on the market until the first half of 2013.

The first Nexus tablet is rumored to boast a stunning 10.1-inch capacitive touchscreen display with 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution. The slate will be equipped with an Exynos 5 processor built on ARM’s Cortex-A15 architecture.

Obviously, these are only speculations for the moment, which might or might not become reality in the following month.

We think it’s a bit early to talk about the tablet’s specs as Google is now focusing on releasing its next Nexus smartphone. Stay tuned for more updates on the matter.
