This week, Samsung has made yet another Android-based smartphone official in China, in the form of Samsung Hennessy SCH-W789, the company’s latest flip phone.

The handset was indeed unveiled with a clamshell design, featuring two 3.3-inch HVGA (320 x 480 pixels) displays, a 1.2 GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, and dual-SIM capabilities. The mobile phone also sports a 5-megapixel photo snapper and runs under Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system.

Samsung’s new smartphone doesn’t seem to be a bad deal at all, considering its specs and outer design, but it seems that it won’t be a steal for anyone, as UnwiredView notes.

In fact, the company is said to have priced the SCH-W789 at no less than 4999 Yuan ($817 / €615), which is more than what those who want to grab the Galaxy S4 will have to pay for.
