It appears that US Cellular plans to release two Galaxy family devices in the next few weeks. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and Galaxy S II have just been spotted in USCC’s ESN system, which points to an imminent release at US Cellular.

One of the most popular Android smartphone available in the market, the Galaxy S II will be released with Android 2.3 Gingerbread on board and a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor.

In addition, the phone packs 16GB internal memory, 1GB of RAM and microSD card slot for memory expansion (up to 32GB).

The Galaxy Tab 10.1 features a slightly lower 1 GHz dual-core processor manufactured by NVIDIA, as well as 16GB onboard memory and 1GB of RAM.

The tablet runs Google’s Android 3.2 Honeycomb operating system and is expected to receive an Ice Cream Sandwich upgrade next year.
